Clutch is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a Cincinnati, OH client. The role emphasizes branding, packaging design, marketing collateral, and print/digital advertising.

You will craft compelling visuals and coordinate with cross-functional teams on tight deadlines to deliver high-quality assets. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio in packaging and print production, expert use of Adobe Creative Suite, and superb attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in packaging design, print production, and marketing collateral.
• Mastery of industry-standard software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Deep knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and pre-press production requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in managing complex asset handoffs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Bonus / Nice-to-Have: familiarity with UI/UX design principles and digital product deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Packaging & print design: create layouts, structural concepts, and assets for packaging and print collateral.
• Marketing & digital content: design assets for digital campaigns, websites, emails, and online ads.
• Art direction & concepting: shape visual direction, select artwork, create illustrations, choose typography hierarchies.
• Production & press checks: oversee pre-press prep, handoffs, and live press checks for color accuracy and brand consistency.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with art directors, copywriters, and production artists to meet deadlines.
