Job summary

Olberding Brand Family seeks a Design Director to lead branding, packaging design and digital presence for America's favorite consumer brands. You will shape concepts, mentor designers and drive complex projects across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in design leadership.
• Strong knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design, and production artwork.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Lead design WIP and drive conceptual development across brands.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Leader partners and mentor teammates.
• Help forge and stabilize new client relationships and present work.
