Job summary

Midjourney is seeking a senior visual designer for a freelance engagement to shape how the company presents itself across campaigns and owned channels. You will craft visuals from concept to final assets with an editorial sensibility across email, blog, and imagery.

You’ll develop expressive visual systems and collaborate with leadership to define look and feel for earned and owned media. This is a fully remote, long-term partnership opportunity as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of senior visual design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to design expressive visuals for campaigns, editorial uses, and identities.
• Strong typography and composition as core design language.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign visuals from concept through finished assets.
• Apply editorial design sensibility to owned channels (email, blog, imagery).
• Develop visual systems that are expressive rather than corporate.
• Partner with marketing to define look and feel for earned and owned channels.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a small, fast-moving team.
