Job summary

Rillet is seeking a Brand Designer to join our marketing team in New York. This role is ideal for a designer early in their career who is fast, systems-minded, and eager to apply a brand-new visual identity at scale.

You will work with the Brand Design Lead on campaigns, events, the website, and sales materials. You’ll gain meaningful ownership early and extend our brand system into new formats and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years design experience in-house at a startup or agency serving B2B clients (including internships).
• A portfolio showing range across digital, print, and event formats.
• Fluency in Figma including components, variants, auto-layout, and shared libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign and performance creative across paid social, display, LinkedIn, X, and email.
• Build event and field marketing assets for Recon series, Close Club, and conference presence.
• Produce sales collateral including one-pagers, battle cards, and pitch deck updates.
• Build and maintain templates that let GTM teams self-serve without a designer.
• Extend the brand system into new formats and channels as they arise.
• Keep asset library, templates, and brand documentation organized.
