Rilla is a leading conversation intelligence software company focused on helping blue-collar trades businesses. As the first full-time Brand/Graphic Designer on our Revenue team, you will shape the future of how Rilla looks, feels, and presents to the world.

You will design across campaigns, events, sales enablement, and product marketing, elevating the brand at every touchpoint and driving cohesion and impact across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a brand designer, graphic designer, or visual storyteller—ideally at a high-growth startup, creative agency, or media-forward company.
• A portfolio demonstrates mastery of layout, typography, and brand systems across digital and print.
• Highly collaborative and able to operate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership.
• Obsessed with quality—detail-driven, pushing the work, and continuously leveling the craft.
• Strong project management with ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for video, motion, or 3D.
• Comfort using AI tools for asset generation, ideation, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for campaigns, events, activations, product launches, and more.
• Own visual execution of the brand across marketing and sales touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, CS, and product to keep the brand consistent and high-impact.
• Contribute to brand development and storytelling evolution.
• Balance aesthetic appeal with performance and outcomes.
