Job summary

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its in-house creative team. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director, and other designers to develop high-quality visual communications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various media platforms. From concept to execution, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically supporting Focus enterprise

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a graphic designer, agency or in-house experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (optional, depending on experience).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects; include portfolio link.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including a willingness to receive feedback.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a highly collaborative team structure.
• Understanding of typography, photography, color theory and design principles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint design and layout.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching and innovative designs for print and digital media
• Collaborate with stakeholders, team, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce visual concepts, layouts, and design elements based on project specifications
• Work cross-functionally between Focus’ business units to represent the design team and execute on requests outside of the typical Focus workflow
• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to across all design projects throughout the company, while also developing curated looks for each of the firm’s brands
• Design and/or enhance PowerPoint presentations
• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
