Job summary

Sans, a health-focused consumer hardware brand based in Culver City, is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to own the visual execution of our brand across email and paid social, with a focus on scalable design systems in Figma.

You will translate brand strategy into assets that perform, collaborate with Brand, Growth, Product, Lifecycle, and eCommerce, and build reusable templates and a component library for rapid production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design.
• 4–7+ years in brand or visual design roles.
• Deep expertise in Figma and design systems.
• Strong portfolio of email and social design work.
• Experience designing for paid social.
• Collaborating with external creatives/agencies.
• Experience applying and evolving brand identities across digital surfaces.
• Video editing & motion graphics skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Email Design Across Flows and Campaigns: Lead the redesign of all existing lifecycle email flows to reflect the new Sans brand system, and take ongoing ownership of continuous design and iteration across flows as the brand evolves.
• Design paid social creatives, translating brand strategy into assets built to perform and stay on-brand.
• Build and Maintain the Sans Figma Design System and Component Library across surfaces.
• Design for Organic Social and maintain a consistent visual brand voice.
• Expand and evolve the Sans brand identity across digital surfaces as the company grows.
• Enable cross-functional teams with design direction and assets for fast, high-quality output.
