Wheeler Machinery Co. is seeking an experienced Brand Designer to join our marketing organization on-site at our Salt Lake City HQ.

This role drives the visual expression and design system across print, web, and digital applications, partnering with marketing, sales, and support teams to translate briefs into on-brand visuals. Successful candidates bring energy, creativity, and a track record building scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with scalable design systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining brand guides; scalable brand understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own Wheeler Machinery’s visual expression and design system.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
• Create print, web, and digital collateral including templates and assets.
• Translate briefs into concepts and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers.
• Manage multiple design projects and maintain organized asset libraries.
