Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with scalable design systems across digital and physical surfaces.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of print production requirements (color management, bleed, resolution) and web/digital design standards.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills with a sharp eye for visual detail.

Responsibilities

• Own Wheeler Machinery’s visual expression and brand governance across touchpoints.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency with OEM and Wheeler standards.
• Create collateral for print, web, and digital uses—brochures, sheets, signage, emails, landing pages, social assets.
• Translate briefs into concepts; iterate based on feedback.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers.
