Zing Recruiting is seeking a Brand Designer, Creative All-Rounder to join their team in Allentown, PA. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design, requiring strategic thinking and cross-channel content creation under marketing leadership.

You will help shape and evolve a growing brand, delivering projects from concept to execution across digital and print experiences while maintaining brand guidelines and visual systems.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, design, and creative thinking.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience creating brand standards and visual identity systems.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Photography, video production, or content creation experience.
• Agency experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop brand campaigns, creative concepts, and visual storytelling initiatives.
• Design content for social media, digital marketing, print collateral, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Support photography, video content, and brand storytelling projects.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems.
• Contribute to events, activations, packaging, signage, and experiential marketing efforts.
• Research and engage with creators, influencers, and potential brand partners.
• Manage projects from concept through execution.
• Identify opportunities to elevate brand visibility, consistency, and engagement.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
