Job summary

Island is seeking a graphic designer to shape our look and feel across presentations, campaigns, and events. You will partner with executives to translate strategy into compelling visuals and evolve our brand identity with an emphasis on AI-driven design.

You will develop decks in PowerPoint, craft our visual language, and ensure consistency across all assets. This role requires a strong portfolio and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of professional design experience, ideally in fast-moving environments.
• Deep fluency in Figma and strong command of the standard design toolkit.
• Real expertise in PowerPoint and ability to design directly in it.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to craft presentations for investors, sales teams, and customers.
• Build polished decks in PowerPoint from the ground up.
• Shape Island's brand identity across surfaces and events.
• Design for events, campaigns, and on-site visuals.
• Develop AI-enabled design outputs to scale work and speed up iteration.
• Lead and coach other designers on AI tools and processes.
• Design in Figma for brand systems and campaign assets.
• Maintain quality and consistency for all Island-branded assets.
