Job summary

The Power Pause is seeking a Brand Designer to support a 6-8 week department brand refresh, fully remote in the United States. You will develop a distinctive logo, create a compact brand kit, and deliver templates for PowerPoint, Teams, emails, and SharePoint in alignment with existing guidelines.

Collaborate with the Director of Community Impact, work independently yet stay highly collaborative, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand design and brand identity work.
• Experience with secondary brand identity is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
• Comfortable working on a fast-paced, deadline-driven project.

Responsibilities

• Designing a unique brand logo that can be adapted for multiple uses (e.g., Inclusion + Community Impact as well as Inclusion and Community Impact separately)
• Creating a simplified brand kit, using the company's established color palette and fonts
• Developing a PowerPoint slide template with 6+ layout options
• Designing a Microsoft Teams background
• Creating an email banner
• Designing a SharePoint banner
