Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Brand Designer who will synthesize strategy, direction, and production into assets for print and digital channels. You will collaborate with the Senior Creative Manager, Creative Director, and Project Manager to deliver brand deliverables for product launches, campaigns, and retail assets.

The role requires 3–4 years of in-house or agency experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to organize information, showcase problems, and present solutions in a digestible format.
  • Solution-oriented and collaborative mindset to navigate nuanced, complex challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in both collaborative and self-directed capabilities, adapting to projects where direction, clarity, and levels of autonomy may differ.
  • Industry-standard experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor a queue of creative requests within our project management system, prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines established by the Art Director and Project Managers.
  • Create brand design assets under the direction of leadership to support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and refreshed approaches for daily discount assets.
  • Design marketing communication content for emails, online shop, and more.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Creative Team and Senior Creative Manager, while partnering cross-functionally with key marketing stakeholders.
  • Review occasional requests for retail locations, print assets, or niche requests for assets based on existing brand elements.
  • Partner with the Sr. Creative Manager to maintain and optimize our library of evergreen discount & promotional assets.
  • Ensure all files adhere to brand style guides and meet production specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned

The Brand Designer is responsible for synthesizing strategy, creative direction, and production into a range of execution. In this role, you will work with the Senior Creative Manager, the Creative Director, and Project Manager to build assets based on requests from other internal and extra-departmental stakeholders. You will work in structured project workflows to fulfill requests to build corporate, retail, and product brand deliverables for print and digital production.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with printers and vendors for producing merchandise, CPG, signage, etc.
  • Background check required.

$65,600 - $72,500 a year
