Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 6–8+ years of professional experience in brand design or related creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design and digital marketing expertise.
• Experience with global brand systems and governance.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative workflows and scalable templates.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with generative AI tools for ideation and production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Brand design & governance: apply and interpret corporate brand standards across marketing communications.
• Review creative work for brand accuracy, consistency and quality; identify gaps and propose scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Brand/Marketing teams to evolve guidelines and design principles.
• Translate business objectives into effective visual solutions balancing creativity, usability and brand consistency.
• Use generative AI in ideation, exploration, and production support.
• Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and libraries in Figma.
• Produce production-ready files and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects within established workflows and timelines.
