Job summary

Ektello is seeking a Sr. Brand & Digital Campaign Designer in Plano, TX for a 12+ month contract to hire. The role is fully onsite, focusing on brand governance, multi-channel campaign design, and modern creative workflows with expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

You will build and maintain design systems, templates, and asset libraries, leverage AI tools for ideation, and collaborate across marketing teams to deliver scalable campaigns for the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of professional experience in brand design, digital marketing design, or related creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio with multi-channel campaigns and AI-assisted exploration.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Figma (templates, components, tokens).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) for ideation and production.
• Experience creating templates, playbooks, or design systems.

Responsibilities

• Govern brand standards, asset libraries, templates, and compliance reviews.
• Develop multi-channel digital marketing creative across web, CRM/email, social, display, and landing experiences.
• Leverage generative AI for ideation and production support while maintaining brand integrity.
• Build and maintain scalable templates, component libraries, and design systems in Figma.
• Produce polished creative from concept to final delivery with stakeholder feedback.
• Manage concurrent projects and communicate design rationale across teams.
