Iterable, Inc. is seeking a Lead Brand Designer to shape and evolve our brand identity across website, ads, events, and internal communications. You will own visual direction, collaborate with product marketing and design teams, and set standards for photography, imagery, and templates.

Formación

• 7-10 years of experience in brand design and creative strategy roles, including experience at a technology company.
• Proven track record creating, scaling, and evaluating brand guidelines, design standards, templates, and scalable creative systems.
• Experience optimizing paid social and digital display with measurable business impact.
• Ability to present creative strategy and results to executive audiences and C-suite.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; enthusiasm for AI design tools.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve Iterable’s brand design and systems, setting visual direction and ensuring consistency across marketing, products, partners, and campaigns.
• Lead creative for campaigns, advertising, and events from ideation through execution; collaborate with sales, demand gen, and content teams.
• Drive measurable business impact by aligning creative with performance data and pipeline metrics; establish testing to optimize creative outcomes.
• Scale creative operations with AI tools and templates to increase output while maintaining design quality.
