Iterable, Inc. is seeking a Lead Brand Designer to shape and scale Iterable’s brand across website, advertising, events, and more.

You will own the brand identity system and set visual direction for marketing, driving consistency and impact. With 7–10 years in brand design and a background in tech, you will lead campaigns, partner with product marketing, content, and sales, and advocate for design as a business driver.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of brand design and creative strategy experience, including at a technology company.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand guidelines, scalable design systems, and campaigns for digital and events.
• Ability to communicate impact of design on business metrics and present to executives.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve Iterable's brand identity system and visual standards.
• Lead campaigns across paid social, digital, web, and events.
• Create event and trade show materials and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with content marketing, sales, and product design to align brand and messaging.
• Experiment with AI design tools to scale output while maintaining quality.
