They’re looking for a hands-on Design Director to lead ambitious brand projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with the Creative Director and staying actively involved in the work.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years’ experience within an established branding or design agency.
• A standout portfolio showing thoughtful brand identities, with clear evidence of your personal contribution to projects.
• A versatile hands on do-er and maker - this is more than a manager role
• Experience guiding designers and creative teams

Responsabilités

• Lead creative directions across brand identity, campaigns and digital experiences
• Work closely with the Creative Director to develop ambitious ideas from concept through to final delivery
• Mentor and guide designers, championing high standards of creative thinking and execution
• Present creative ideas and concepts confidently, building strong client relationships
