America’s Floor Source seeks a Social Media Strategist to turn our social presence into a brand-driven demand engine. You’ll own organic social for our brands, shaping content and campaigns to grow a loyal following, drive traffic, and generate leads for both ecommerce and showroom visits.

You’ll think strategically and work as a maker, capturing content, writing on-brand copy, and collaborating with creators and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years creating content and managing social media for a brand with measurable results.
• Strong photography and videography skills; ability to shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content.
• Excellent writing with a sharp eye for composition and brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy across our family of retail brands, building presence and voice.
• Create compelling content across formats; plan, shoot, edit, and publish photos and videos.
• Manage community with authentic responses and relationship-building across channels.
