C Carter’s is seeking a Full Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome parents and grandparents, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments.

You’ll lead a team, coach on product features, and drive omni-channel service standards on the sales floor. You will foster an inclusive environment, model strong people leadership, and manage a planned business focus area while delivering timely, customer-focused resolutions.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers with a warm greeting and provides product knowledge.
• Maintains a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer tools (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation).

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter’s brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution.
