Carter's is seeking a Full Time Sales Manager to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You will lead a team, welcome customers, and drive sales with a focus on product knowledge and service standards.

This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. You will train and mentor staff, maintain an inclusive store environment, and manage omni-channel interactions to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and multitask in a fast paced retail environment.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead and coach store team to meet service standards.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties and respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and credit offerings.
