Job Summary:
As a key member of the Kaiser Permanente Brand Strategy team, this director-level position will play a crucial role in defining, shaping, and governing the visual identity of Kaiser Permanente’s brand. This position will oversee the evolution of the brand’s visual identity and assets, from logos and color schemes to tone and voice. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish guidelines, build brand systems, and tools to maintain consistency across the enterprise. Additionally, the position will engage the broader organization through brand training, immersion, and support.
