  • Develop integrated campaigns that deliver cohesive storytelling across digital, retail, and omnichannel channels.

Drive Creative Across Growth, Retention, and Retail

  • Partner closely with Growth (paid media), Retention (lifecycle marketing), and Retail marketing teams to ensure creative aligns with both brand storytelling and performance marketing goals.
  • Provide creative direction across paid media, lifecycle/email marketing, ecommerce, website, and landing pages, Amazon, and retail marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure creative execution remains cohesive across all touchpoints.

Build Brand Systems, Packaging & Retail Creative

  • Establish scalable brand guidelines, creative playbooks, and design systems that enable teams across the organization to execute consistently.
  • Oversee packaging design and retail creative to ensure the brand stands out both online and on shelf.
  • Develop packaging and visual systems that scale across product lines and retail.

Build the Future Creative Function

  • Serve as the central creative leader for the organization, aligning creative efforts across marketing, ecommerce, and retail teams.
  • Influence cross‑functional teams and guide creative execution even where direct reporting relationships do not yet exist.
  • Establish creative processes and production workflows that maintain high standards of craft and efficiency.
  • Help shape the long‑term vision for a dedicated creative function as the brand continues to scale.

  • Experience overseeing creative across website, lifecycle marketing, paid media, packaging, and retail
  • Prior experience working within a CPG brand environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high‑performing creative teams
  • Strong understanding of how creative supports marketing channels including paid media, ecommerce, lifecycle marketing, and retail
  • Ability to think both strategically and conceptually while also guiding execution
  • Exceptional visual, verbal, and conceptual communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management and creative production capabilities
  • Passion for building meaningful brands in the health, food, and wellness space
Bonus Points
  • Experience leading creative for health, wellness, food, or supplement brands
  • Experience scaling brands from DTC into retail distribution
