JHL Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager in Colorado to strengthen brand across internal and external channels. The role delivers high-quality creative materials, manages marketing workflows, and oversees assets and libraries to support brand standards.

You will collaborate with teams to communicate the company brand and support proposals, internal communications, and campaigns. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of marketing or PR experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or Advertising preferred.
• 5 years marketing communications or public relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to create high-quality branded materials including templates, presentations, brochures, project sheets, infographics, JHL clothing, PPE, and market-specific collateral.
• Produce digital content for web and social platforms reflecting brand consistency and visual standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, reinforcing company culture, values, and messaging.
• Assist in proposal (RFP) and qualification (RFQ) content development and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Develop graphics and layouts for proposals, interviews, and pursuit-related deliverables.
• Provide photo/editing, image preparation, and light retouching for marketing needs.
• Input and manage information in CRM and marketing archives for accuracy.
