Hensel Phelps in Colorado is seeking a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the People, Brand, & Workforce strategy, shaping employee experience and employer branding across the enterprise. You will partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, regional leadership, and executives to drive integrated campaigns and regional enablement.

The role requires a seasoned leader with a passion for developing teams, elevating workforce communications, and delivering measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications with leadership.
• Ability to manage complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CMS.
• AEC industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for regional communications and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives to shape meaningful business narratives.
• Oversee content creation for digital and traditional channels and review high‑visibility collateral.
• Track KPIs and campaign performance to guide future strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships across design, digital strategy, and public affairs.
• Lead and develop the marketing and communications team.
