Qualifications

• 3+ years in content creation and brand marketing.
• Demonstrated professional photography and videography experience.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality photo and video content.
• Strong editing capabilities and experience with social media content.

Responsibilities

• Personally capture professional-quality photography and video across the organization and its affiliated businesses.
• Operate professional DSLR or mirrorless camera equipment, lenses, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots from concept through final delivery.
• Capture executive interviews, company events, employee features, business-unit initiatives, office content, project activity, and other brand-building moments.
• Produce both planned campaign content and timely day-to-day content.
• Edit photography and video for social media, websites, presentations, recruiting, internal communications, and other marketing channels.
• Produce short-form video and social-first content tailored to individual platforms.
• Maintain an organized and current library of approved photo, video, and creative assets.
• Travel as needed to offices, affiliated businesses, events, and project locations to capture content.
