Job summary

We Are Rosie, LLC is seeking a Brand Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, edit and publish best-in-class content across social platforms. This hands-on role mixes on-site production at our Downer’s Grove offices and dining locations with calendar-driven publishing and real-time posts.

You will own the full production process from concept to final delivery, adapt formats for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and collaborate with Brand, PR and Creative teams to maintain a cohesive identity.

Qualifications

5+ years creating social-first content with shooting and editing across video and photography.
Proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut and Lightroom/Photoshop; comfortable with iPhone on set.
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms to boost creative output.

Responsibilities

Ideate, shoot, edit and publish high-performing social content for organic and paid channels.
Own production end-to-end: concept, capture, edit, color, sound, captions and delivery.
On-site content creator at restaurants, test kitchen, events and tastings, real-time posts.
Produce platform-native content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging formats.
Publish content through Dash Social and support brand campaigns.
