Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences extends the Studio’s iconic brands into fans’ lives.

The Brand Assurance Rep reviews submissions for design, 3D sculpts, graphics and signage, using STAR Labs to ensure copyright/trademark compliance and adherence to policies. You will collaborate with Creatives, Business Leads, Product Development and Franchise to ensure licensees produce compelling products while protecting the brands.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Proficient typing at ~55 wpm and fast learner of new tools.
• Experience with STAR Labs and Box.com a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all submissions in STAR Labs from concept to final.
• Act as Document Controller for STAR Labs and Box.com.
• Streamline communication with Creative teams for approvals.
• Review submissions including 2D/3D design, graphics, and costumes.
• Route logos and ride names through Legal; track approvals in a spreadsheet.
• Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines and copyright/trademark policies.
• Provide feedback on concepts and samples to protect company interests.
• Support licensees with STAR Labs and provide training as needed.
