Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Brand Assurance Representative to review and process submissions for Global Experiences. You will manage STAR Labs workflows, coordinate approvals with legal and franchise teams, and ensure brand integrity across 2D/3D design, graphics, and exhibits.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational abilities and detail‑oriented work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of staff.
• High school diploma required; AA/BA preferred for more advanced responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and standard office software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review and process submissions in STAR Labs for design, 3D, graphics, and signage.
• Act as Document Controller for STAR Labs and Box.com; manage approvals and comments.
• Coordinate with Creative teams to streamline communication, approvals, and project organization.
• Provide feedback on concepts, pre-production, and final samples to ensure brand and legal compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of franchise guidelines and legal policies to protect company interests.
