Job summary

Turpin Orthodontics is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Ruston/West Monroe/Monroe team. The role focuses on measuring digital performance, promoting our brand, and building community partnerships to enhance patient experience.

You will travel weekly among Monroe locations, collaborate with teams, and contribute to events and promotions. A marketing background is required; a marketing degree is welcomed but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Marketing background is required.
• Marketing degree is not required, but preferred.
• Willing to travel weekly to Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor metrics from digital and promotional content.
• Manage social media pages and posts to promote brand and offers.
• Monitor reputation and patient engagement.
• Manage internal promotions and events to improve patient experience.
• Manage B2B partnerships and local events to drive brand awareness.
• Support office with customer service training to improve patient experience.
• Develop approaches to promote and represent the practice with schools and communities.
