Phusion Projects is seeking a Community Manager to shape consumer experiences for Four Loko and the broader portfolio. You’ll own direct interactions across social channels, ensuring a vibrant, on-brand voice that resonates with fans and drives loyalty.

The ideal candidate thrives on storytelling, real-time engagement, and creating authentic connections through social culture and creator partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in community management & social media management.
• Copywriting experience required.
• Experience managing brand accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Discord).
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and community platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build online communities that drive engagement and contribute to retail and e-commerce performance.
• Respond to inbound messages and community engagement across platforms and online communities.
• Foster relationships with customers, fans, and influencers; ensure consistent brand voice across interactions.
• Identify, elevate, and activate brand advocates and fans.
• Track engagement metrics and report on community growth and activity.
• Triage and resolve product questions, complaints, and feedback; surface trends to marketing/product teams.
