Job summary

Steward Wealth Strategies seeks a Marketing & Communications Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to lead marketing initiatives, client communications, digital content, and events. This in-house role requires adaptability, organization, and collaboration with leadership and advisors to grow client engagement.

You will manage campaigns, content calendars, branding, and materials while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality communications across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, communications, or related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience in graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and print.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Maintain Squarespace website with consistent branding and UX.
• Write, edit, and distribute client newsletters, campaigns, and educational materials.
• Plan and coordinate client events, webinars, and community initiatives.
