Job summary

Bridge33 Capital is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to own the brand and communications program, reporting to the Executive Vice President. The role covers marketing collateral, websites, press materials, social media, and corporate and property events.

The position is hands‑on and requires partnering with leasing, property management, development, and leadership to ensure consistent branding and timely delivery across initiatives. Offices in Seattle, Chicago, or Denver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Ability to produce polished materials from start to finish.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva at a professional level.
• Experience maintaining a website through a CMS (WordPress/Webflow) and coordinating with developers.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to draft press releases and executive communications.
• Experience planning and executing events and on-site logistics.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply brand standards across materials and maintain asset libraries.
• Produce corporate and marketing collateral and coordinate photography/video.
• Coordinate marketing requests and track timelines across teams.
• Draft press releases, announcements, and internal communications.
• Manage corporate social media, content calendar, and website updates.
• Plan and execute corporate and property events, including budgets.
• Track marketing spend and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent outputs.
