Job summary

Bridge33 Capital is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to oversee the brand and communications program. You will produce marketing collateral, maintain websites, draft communications, manage social media, and execute corporate and property events in coordination with leadership.

You will report to the Executive Vice President and work closely with leasing, property management, development, and executives from our Seattle, Chicago, or Denver offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Proven ability to produce polished marketing materials from start to finish.
• Strong writing and editing skills with media/PR experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining a website via CMS (WordPress/Webflow).
• Experience managing events, social, SEO, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Apply brand standards across all materials and maintain templates.
• Produce corporate and marketing collateral per approved templates.
• Draft press releases, announcements, and internal communications.
• Maintain corporate and property websites, social presence, and analytics.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and vendor relationships.
• Manage budgets, track spend, and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
