Job summary

Bridge33 Capital seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to own the brand and communications program. You will produce and maintain marketing materials, update corporate and property websites, draft communications, run social media, and execute corporate and property events.

This is a hands-on role reporting to the EVP. You will collaborate with leasing, property management, development, and executive leadership to ensure brand standards are applied consistently and delivered on time across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Demonstrated ability to produce polished marketing materials start to finish, not solely to manage others who do.
• Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva at a professional level.
• Experience maintaining a website through a CMS such as WordPress or Webflow, and coordinating with outside developers.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to draft a press release, a property flyer, and an executive email with equal comfort.

Responsibilities

• Apply brand standards across all materials produced by or for the company.
• Maintain the template library and digital asset library for on-brand output.
• Produce corporate and marketing collateral from approved standards and templates.
• Coordinate photography, video, and drone shoots and manage the asset library.
• Manage day-to-day corporate social media, content calendars, and engagement metrics.
