Job summary

KPFF GLAS is seeking a Communications Specialist to lead brand execution and marketing communications. The role focuses on implementing brand standards, developing marketing collateral, and producing visual resources that communicate the firm's expertise and project experience.

You will collaborate with Principals, technical staff, and the marketing team to support communications, market-visibility initiatives, and strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Brand Stewardship & Creative Services: Implement and maintain KPFF brand standards, develop office-level visual systems, templates, and applications to support marketing objectives.
• Communications & Market Visibility: Coordinate and produce website content, social media content, project stories, thought-leadership materials, and campaign communications.
• Strategic Pursuit Support: Provide advanced graphics, visual communication, messaging, and presentation support for complex pursuits.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Coordinate schedules and workload with marketing team members and align with firmwide standards.
