Conti Communications is looking for a Brand Communications Assistant to join their New York based team. Conti Communications is a brand communications agency founded in 2019 (with offices both in New York City and Paris, France) focused on press relations & editorial storytelling, collaborations, partnerships and events working with brands such as Cabana Magazine, Christofle, Flamingo Estate, Galerie Half, Nine Orchard, Palm Heights, Trevor Cheney Gallery, among others.

Tasks include:

• Contribute to weekly & monthly client reporting
• Track press placements using our calendar and press tracker
• Upload client assets to our shared drive
• Manage and update editor information in our contacts database
• Maintain our media lists for each client
• Coordinate and support public relations and marketing initiatives with Conti Communications and its clients
• Assisting with gifting initiatives
• Assisting with client events
• Assisting coordinator and senior team members as needed
• Preparing agendas, sending calendar invites and keeping minutes for all relevant meetings

The Ideal Candidate:

• Lives in the NYC area
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• An interest in culture, design and the arts
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• At ease with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel as well as Google Drive & Dropbox
• Very organized and able to prioritize and work to deadlines
• Independent, confident, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
• Dynamic team-player
