KnitWell Group, a multi-brand specialty retailer, is seeking a Sales Lead for the Birmingham store to supervise the team and uphold our hospitality-driven culture.

You will coach staff, manage store operations, and deliver memorable, personalized shopping experiences that reflect our brand. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and support team to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment tasks.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
