Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Marketing Associate Specialist to support the development of category and proprietary brand innovation across retail, residential dining, and catering channels. You will help implement programs and activation plans while gathering feedback from internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in marketing or menu development, strong project management and writing skills, and proficiency in tools like Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of experience in product, program, or menu development in food service.
• Experience building marketing capacity and tools in a complex marketing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, nutrition, food science or business.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of category and brand strategies for retail, residential and catering channels.
• Plans annual marketing strategies and tactics to refine focus categories and proprietary brands.
• Assists with menu construct, environment/trade dress, and brand refresh projects.
• Manages development efforts with Growth and Global Operating Excellence teams, including training materials and roll-out plans.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, assess and improve focus categories and brands.
• Tracks initiative results and refines programs while managing budgets and project plans.
• Supports activation programs and promotional projects to drive category growth.
