This hands‑on role requires craft, rapid iteration, and comfort with AI‑assisted workflows to accelerate production. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and web colleagues to deliver cohesive, on‑brand work while maintaining Abnormal AI’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience, ideally with in‑house and/or agency backgrounds.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft across digital, brand, and campaign work with web capability.
• Web‑forward creative execution demonstrated via portfolio.
• Experience actively using AI tools in creative practice.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality design assets across brand touchpoints (web, campaigns, social, events, print).
• Execute creative across formats from briefs and design systems to direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams to deliver on‑brand work.
• Contribute to web‑forward creative across digital surfaces and campaigns.
• Integrate AI tools into the creative workflow to accelerate production and exploration.
• Maintain brand consistency with Abnormal AI's visual identity standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate timelines clearly.
