Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote engagement.
• Drive sales and service through suggestive selling and omnichannel offerings.
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel capabilities.
• Meet personal goals that contribute to store performance.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
