Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will educate customers about products and loyalty programs, engage with shoppers, and deliver a best-in-class experience using omnichannel tools.

The role focuses on excellent service, teamwork, and supporting store goals while maintaining a clean, organized environment. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn about products and loyalty programs
• Comfort with using retail technology and omni-channel tools
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to drive sales and brand loyalty
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions
• Represent the Old Navy brand across in-store and online channels
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and handle customer questions professionally
• Support operational processes to meet store goals and ensure a positive shopper experience
