Old Navy in Portage, MI is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver friendly service, educate customers on products, and use omni-channel tools to enhance the shopping experience.

You'll work with leadership to meet store goals, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, organized space. Flexible schedule, with opportunities to contribute across departments.

Experience in retail is a plus; comfortable with technology and learning new devices.

• Customer-focused service provider on and off sales floor
• Retail environment passion and fast-paced adaptability
• Willingness to learn and use technology tools in daily operations
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Engage customers and build brand loyalty through excellent service
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs
• Drive sales with suggestive selling and omni-channel engagement
• Keep a neat, organized store and support all areas as needed
• Meet personal goals contributing to store results
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly
