Gap Inc. is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers with exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inform and inspire customers while collaborating with leadership to deliver an omni-channel experience.

You will engage with customers, drive sales through suggestive selling and promote loyalty programs, all while maintaining a neat, organized workspace and contributing to store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
