Job summary

Viktor is seeking a senior Brand Lead to own the brand system across our Slack and Teams presence, shaping the identity, voice, and narrative while guiding campaigns that drive recognition for Viktor as an AI employee. You will build and lead the in-house and agency brand team that ships high-quality work.

You will report to the CMO, work remotely in Europe or US Eastern time, and have opportunities for travel to Warsaw as needed. You will help define a new category in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading brand systems from early stage to scale.
• Proven ability to run campaigns that generate attention in crowded markets.
• Able to set high creative standards and build teams from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand system: visual identity, voice, narrative, and quality bar.
• Lead campaigns that create noise and position Viktor effectively.
• Tell a story that makes Viktor feel like a colleague: human, capable, direct.
• Build and lead in-house and agency teams delivering brand work.
