Henkel, a global leader in consumer brands, is hiring a Business Analytics Partner for Kenra Professional. You will drive analytics, transform data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to support planning, forecasting and reviews.
The role emphasizes ownership of analytics deliverables such as sales performance and brand health, with opportunities to advance analytics capabilities and business outcomes across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or a related degree.
- 5+ years of analytics, business intelligence, commercial insights, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel with data visualization/storytelling.
- Ability to present insights and influence business decisions cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for your assigned brand and connect stakeholders with solutions.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions and brand performance.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support planning, forecasting and reviews.
- Own analytics deliverables: sales performance, brand health, promotions, and demand forecasting.
- Lead NPI and Demand Forecasting and identify opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with regional Data & Analytics teams to share tools, models and best practices across Henkel.
