Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is recruiting Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics brand inside top national retailer locations across Texas. This 1-year continuity program runs with the same representative, at the same store, every 8 weeks to build brand familiarity.

You will engage shoppers, train retailer associates, and keep displays tidy. You must have a smartphone for Ubeya, reliable transportation, and commit to a bi-monthly 1-hour cadence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual)

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation

$24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Required

• Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).

Compensation Notice: Mosaic, in good faith, believes the posted compensation range is accurate at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and location. This range is subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
