Job summary

Mosaic North America is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics and storage brand inside top national retailers across the country. This 1-year continuity program places the same rep in each store, with new training every 8 weeks to build brand familiarity among shoppers and associates.

Paid training is provided. You will engage shoppers, train store personnel, replenish displays, and report via Ubeya for weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line and explain product benefits clearly.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently refer customers.
• Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays at every visit.
• Check in/out on-site via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence with a brand-issued name badge visible at all times.

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation: $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
