Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics brand inside national electronics retailers across Texas. This 1-year continuity program features a consistent store presence, with visits every 8 weeks and paid training.

You will engage shoppers, train store associates, and maintain in-store displays while using Ubeya for check-in/out and reporting. Uniforms and name badges are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays.
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation: $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Required:

• Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).

Compensation Notice: Mosaic, in good faith, believes the posted compensation range is accurate at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and location. This range is subject to change.
