Mosaic North America is seeking Brand Ambassadors for a 1-year continuity program across Texas retailers. Earn $24.00/hr with paid training and weekly payroll through Mosaic Flex Staffing. Roles involve engaging shoppers, training store staff, and maintaining in-store displays.

You will visit assigned retailer locations every 8 weeks for one hour, representing Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group with a professional brand presence and adherence to retailer compliance courses.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Complete retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation: $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Required:

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).

Compensation Notice: Mosaic, in good faith, believes the posted compensation range is accurate at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and location. This range is subject to change.
